EXHALE:  Relax, relate and release the stress of life’s challenges!  Join us for a weekend on the Chesapeake Bay that will feed our mind, body and soul as we renew and regenerate our walks of faith surrounded by God’s natural beauty.  

This is a great opportunity to strengthen current sisterhoods and build new sisterhoods.  Activities will include a Friday Welcome Reception, Saturday morning Stretch and Relax Workout on the Water leading up to our Saturday Empowerment Sessions led by dynamic speakers, a Saturday night fun event and ending with Sunday morning testimony time and group prayer.
