NCM INITIATIVES
The Women of Faith (TWOF) is NCMinistries’ (NCM) flagship community initiative—the catalyst that started it all. Created to unite women in a supportive sisterhood environment, TWOF provides a space where they can encourage, uplift, and strengthen one another. Since launching its first gathering in 2009, TWOF has remained committed to equipping women with the inspiration and support needed to live more purposeful and fulfilling lives.
As a result of these empowering meetings, many participants have gone on to become authors, entrepreneurs, educators, and coaches; achieve significant personal goals; and deepen their personal relationship with Christ. Additionally, these transformative gatherings have inspired some women to seek further growth and support, leading them to enroll in and graduate from the “I AM HANNAH” Enrichment Program.
The Purple Hugs ’N Smiles 4 U initiative is dedicated to community outreach partnering with local and faith-based organizations to support and uplift women and families.
Since December 2009, NCM has partnered with the Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program to spread hugs and smiles in the form of toys for underprivileged children. Each year, NCM hosts a Christmas holiday brunch, giving guests the opportunity to celebrate the season by donating
toys and sharing in the spirit of generosity and goodwill.

NCM has also partnered with organizations such as Ronald McDonald House Charities to provide meals for families of children receiving medical treatment in the D.C. area, and Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure in support of individuals and families impacted by breast cancer.
In addition, NCM, alongside The Women of Faith, participates in outreach initiatives serving women and families in need. One such effort is 'Purses with Purpose,' a purse and toiletry drive benefiting the women of N Street Village, a shelter serving women experiencing homelessness. Through this project, each woman receives a purse thoughtfully filled with essential toiletries to provide dignity, care, and practical support.
As a follow-up to the Life Support Conferences, we launched the Sister Circle Saturdays community support initiative. In today’s fast-paced world, where everyone seems constantly busy, this weekly 30-minute live gathering on Facebook and YouTube offers women a dedicated space to pause, reflect, and be inspired.
Sister Circle Saturdays encourages women to intentionally focus on their mental, spiritual, financial, and physical well-being. Each session is facilitated by women who are passionate about sharing their knowledge, experiences, and insights to empower and uplift others.
Join us each week for Sister Circle Saturdays, from 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., as we uplift, encourage, and inspire one another to grow into the best versions of ourselves.
It's Not Over
Our Life Support Women’s Conference is a signature program designed to inspire, empower, and equip women to pursue their goals with confidence and purpose. Through this experience, participants are encouraged to rediscover their dreams, strengthen their vision, and gain
practical tools that support personal and professional growth.
The conference features dynamic keynote speakers, interactive workshops, and meaningful networking opportunities that bring together women from all walks of life. In this supportive environment, participants share their experiences, learn from one another, and build authentic connections. More than a learning event, the Life Support Women’s Conference fosters encouragement, collaboration, and a strong sense of community—reminding every woman that she is supported and not alone on her journey.

Exhale Women’s Retreat Release, Relax, Relate, Exhale, and Celebrate— A cherished cornerstone
of our mission is the Exhale Women’s Retreat, a life-enriching experience held every two years.
This retreat gives women the opportunity to step away from the pressures of everyday life, reconnect
with themselves and find renewal in a calm and nurturing environment. Through reflective
sessions, creative expression, and open, heartfelt conversations, participants are encouraged to release emotional weight, gain fresh perspective, and build genuine bonds with one another. Women
leave the retreat feeling restored, inspired, and empowered—radiating a renewed sense of peace and confidence from within.
