Kathi Askew has been in the world of business for almost forty-five years. And

although she started out as an employee, and was always good at what she did,

something inside constantly cried out for more. Obtaining a position with the IRS

while still in high school and later heading to Atlanta to attend college, Kathi didn’t

know it, but she was on track to fulfill her destiny as a successful entrepreneur and

businesswoman.

After spending a decade and a half working in the halls of the United States

Congress, Kathi left the Hill and moved on to private industry, and ultimately landed

at a political media-consulting firm where she remained for twenty years. After year

fourteen, she made Business Partner. Congratulations were in order and everyone

she knew slapped Kathi on the back for reaching such a pinnacle. Yet she was not

satisfied: there had to be more.

For this reason, in December 2016, Kathi walked away from her so-called cushy day

job and jumped into the pool of independent business owners, determined to do for

her self what she had been doing for others. Basking in her newfound freedom,

Kathi immediately obtained her real estate license where she has had the

opportunity to help both buyers and sellers realize their dreams. In addition,

partnering with her husband, Adrian, she has been able to do some really amazing

home renovations under the banner of residential redevelopment.

Things were going very well but Kathi did not stop there. Seeing the value of

multiple streams of income, throwing herself into growing herself, Kathi also

obtained a life insurance license and is now a Regional Marketing Director within

her organization where she works with numerous insurance carriers nationwide to

bring the best of the best to her clients in order to help provide plans that provide

security and peace of mind.

Now, continuing to study everything she does not know, Kathi is poised to launch

yet another business venture: crime scene cleanup. Keep your eye out for this one:
