Sister Circle Saturdays

Aisha Barnes is a social justice activist, community advocate, lawyer, and creative. Born in Washington, DC and raised in Waldorf, MD, Aisha has dedicated herself to community organizing in the DMV since the age of 15. She has earned a BS in criminal justice with a concentration in social justice from Bowie State University, as well as a JD from the University of Baltimore School of Law. Aisha is passionate about helping others navigate their suffering, particularly as it relates to housing, complex trauma, and amplifying minority voices.
