Minister Jacqueline (Jacquie) Carter

Minister Jacqueline Carter, affectionately known as “Queen,” is a native of Washington, D.C. She attended D.C. Public Schools and graduated from Washington Technical Institute (now University of the District of Columbia).  She accepted Christ as her personal Lord and Savior in 1980.

Minister Jacquie became a faithful and dedicated member from 1981-2009 of the Free Gospel Deliverance Temple, where spiritual parents, the late Apostle Ralph E. & Dr. Shirley M. Green pastored.  In 2011 she became a loyal and faithful member of the Armor of Light Christian Worship Center from 2011-2017 (Apostle Wayne and Prophetess Michelle Green), and in 2017, she became a member of The Shepherd’s House International Christian Center (Pastor Kevin & Minister, Lady Malissa Matthews).

Minister Jacquie joined Marriott International, Inc.’s Law Department in December 2002 as a Senior Legal Secretary in the Litigation Practice Group and was promoted to Executive Legal Assistant/Team…
