Pastor Tammy Carter is founder and Senior Pastor of Tabernacle of Power Worship Center in Montross, Virginia.  A Pastor, Prophet, Evangelist, Teacher, conference speaker, mentor, and author; Pastor Tammy Carter accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior in June of 1989 in an FBI Lunchroom.  She is a native of Westmoreland County, Virginia, where she was born and raised until her move to Maryland in 1991.

Pastor Tammy accepted the call to ministry in the year 1999 and relocated back to Westmoreland County.  She attended Alpha Bible College in Champlain, Virginia.  She was licensed and ordained into ministry under the tutelage of Bishop Donn R.
