With more than 34 years of experience as a cosmetologist, she serves as the driving force behind the 'SoBelt' Women's Organization, fostering a supportive space for women to flourish.

Since 2012, she has been a licensed cosmetologist at Saint Elizabeths Hospital, playing a vital role in boosting self-esteem and confidence by offering personalized hair care services to male and female individuals in care.

Facing her health challenges head-on, Lasaunia emerged as an empowering speaker and abundance coach, dedicated to guiding others through adversity towards a brighter future.
