Dr. Pamela Love is a distinguished training and leadership expert who has dedicated her life to empowering individuals and organizations to achieve more of what truly matters. With a wealth of experience in training, mentoring, and executive and life coaching, she has consistently disrupted excuses, leading to transformative shifts in thinking, behavior, and relationships.

Pam’s journey as an inspirational speaker, author, and educator has touched the lives of countless people both nationally and internationally. Her empowering keynotes and workshops resonate deeply with diverse audiences, breaking down barriers and inspiring positive change. As a prolific author, Pam has penned five self-help books, one of which was adapted into a highly acclaimed stage production.

Pam is the founder of DP Love Enterprises, LLC, and established the Finishers Network, a division of the company committed to disrupting excuses and helping individuals and organizations achieve their goals. Additionally, she serves as a Partner with Expand-Now, a company dedicated to fostering leadership growth across the country.

As a testament to her profound dedication to broadening her knowledge and expertise across diverse domains, Pam completed a B.S. in Applied Psychology, a master’s and PhD in Social Work, and a master’s in business administration with a focus on entrepreneurship.

Pam has been the recipient of numerous awards and recognitions. She was appointed by Maryland's Governor to the Family Violence Council and serves as the Governance Committee Co-Chair of Executive Alliance. Furthermore, Pam is an Emeritus Director of the University System of Maryland Foundation Board and has previously served as the Chair and member of other boards and committees. She is mother and mother in love of adult children, a grandmother of one grandson, and a “pawma”. She resides in Maryland.
