About the Event
Pastor Tonja Polly, born and educated in Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area, has been married to Pastor James Polly, founder of The Tower of Faith Worship Center, since January 16, 1996. They have seven children: two sons and five daughters. Pastor Tonja graduated from Dunbar Senior High School and Margaret Murray Washington School for Nursing, becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant in 1984. She earned an Associates, Bachelors, and Master’s in Human Resource Generalist from Strayer University. Currently, she works as a Pre-Employment Specialist for the Department of Defense.
Together with her husband, Pastor James, she co-founded the Tower of Faith Worship Center on September 8, 2006. The ministry, which began at Ferebee Hope Elementary School, now operates in New Carrollton, MD, offering a Fellowship/Worship area, Ministry Lounge, Children’s Church (“Polly’s World”), Nursing area, and Sunrise Café.
